Data Savings Program

20–30% savings on IT, data, and cloud—
at zero net cost to you.

Our team of Microsoft and MS Federal veterans runs a structured savings assessment across your infrastructure. If we find savings, we're paid by the vendors. Whether or not you save, there's zero net cost to you.

Questions about the savings assessment

What permission does the authorization give?

It covers requesting records, seeking quotes, and negotiating pricing with existing providers. Signing contracts and placing orders remain your responsibility; written revocation ends the authorization.

How is Convergence paid?

Your assessment is free. Under Convergence's Data Savings Program, vendors pay us when we identify savings, with zero net cost to you.

Will we need to move to another provider?

The assessment focuses on improving the economics of your existing environment. You decide whether to accept any proposed change.

When can we expect results?

Plan for initial findings in 5–10 business days and a roadmap discussion around two weeks. Savings typically take 30–60 days to realize, depending on agreements and renewals.

How will our information be used?

Contract and pricing details support your assessment. We agree on the scope of record access and authorization with you before requesting provider information.
