Our journey began with a simple observation: for AI to truly succeed at scale, it must be designed to amplify human potential rather than erode it.

The Human-Operated Framework emerged from years of experience implementing enterprise software solutions and witnessing the challenges organizations face when adopting AI technologies. Our founders recognized a critical gap in the market: while many companies were rushing to implement AI, few were addressing the fundamental questions of accountability, transparency, and human oversight.

We saw organizations struggling with "AI drift" - systems that gradually deviated from their intended purposes. We witnessed the erosion of accountability as decision-making became increasingly opaque. Most concerning, we observed talented professionals being sidelined rather than empowered by the very technologies meant to help them.



Convergence Solutions was created to address these challenges head-on. We developed the Human-Operated Framework as a comprehensive methodology for implementing AI in ways that preserve human agency, ensure accountability, and protect the creative and strategic advantages that only humans can provide.
