  • Usage Data: Information about how you use our Sites, including clickstream data, page interaction information (scrolling, clicks), and the duration of visits.

3.1 Service Delivery and Consulting

To perform our contractual obligations, such as:

  • conducting "Total Value Assessments" or compliance audits as part of our consulting engagements.   
  • Processing payments and managing client accounts.

3.2 Certification Administration

To administer the "Human-Operated" Certification program, specifically:

  • Verifying your eligibility through our "Honor System" assessment and subsequent audit procedures.   
  • Listing your business in our public directory of certified "Human-Operated" entities, which is indexed for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) purposes. Note: By applying for certification, you consent to the public display of your business name, website, and certification status.   

3.3 Communications

To send you:

  • Administrative information, such as updates to our Terms and Conditions or certification standards.
  • Renewal notices for your annual certification.
  • Marketing communications regarding our IT support and AI consulting services, subject to your right to opt-out.

3.4 Legal Compliance and Enforcement

To comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests from public authorities, and enforce our Terms and Conditions, including the revocation of certifications found to be fraudulent.


4. Sharing of Information

We may share your data with the following categories of third parties:
